The epitome of Food safety campaigns – Food Safety Month 2016 Season 2 started with pomp and splendor. It gives us extreme happiness to see the warmth and overwhelming support we have received during #week1. Before we tell you about #week2, let’s give you an insight about #week1.
#FSM2016 began on 7th April 2016 on the occasion of World Health Day. The theme for the first week was Personal Hygiene. This forms the center point of any Food Safety Initiatives, without which safe food shall only be a myth. Without individual contribution, the entire idea of collective food protection goes down the drain. Hence, the theme.
#week1 saw a mind-blowing response to the online events. The webinar saw registrations on a large scale. The presentation is available for free on our website. 1854 quiz attempts were recorded with a similar response for Puzzle. Such huge response in the very first week is humongous.
That was last week.
Let’s get started with #week2.
#FSM2016 week 2 started yesterday with equal zest and enthusiasm. With the theme- Food Storage, the new week brings with it new online and offline events which were never heard of before. We bring to you ‘Lunch and Learn’ – we honor our esteemed clients and consider ourselves lucky to spend a day with them. Lunch and Learn will show our clients our work ethics, culture, procedure, compliance and the interactions will help pan out a basic blueprint for both the business and us to improve our standards and food safety.
Private webinars and free FSSAI consultations are other highlights of the week which shall be continued in the further weeks to come. Our experts will guide and provide solutions to matters pertaining to compliance, auditing, testing and topics related to other product development sectors for better quality. Private webinars will talk about issues faced by individual businesses and facilitate them with solutions to help comply with the regulations.
EquiSafe sessions is our small attempt to help food handlers rate the food safety and quality levels. Following the training and adequate medical reports, Food handlers will be given the score cards to monitor and improvise their food safety protocols.
Fun continues this week with the public favorite Quiz and Puzzle on par with the theme. Not to forget the exciting selfie video contest arranged to proclaim your love for FOOOOOD!
We also have large share of free resources at your disposal. Daily dose of free information, signages and posters for your business and enterprise will add value to your food safety measure. Sign-up for Our Food Safety Month Campaign to be a proud owner of the Awareness Treasure.
